Ingredients:
800 gm of Wild Boar/Pork
15 gm Ginger Paste
15 gm Garlic Paste
40 ml Mustard Oi1
12 gm Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
15 gm Coriander leaf
4 Slice Lemon
40 gm of Tomato
30 gm of Onion
40 gm Cumin Powder
10 gm Chilly Powder
20 gm Bhanchha Ghar Spices

Preparation Method:
Boil teh boar and let it cool, Slice the meat into thin slender pieces. (keeping the pork skin and fat portion intact.)
Heat oil and saute the meat till it colours brown.
Now add julienne of onions, tomatoes, cumin powder, Bhanchha Ghar spieces, turmeric powder, ginger and garlic paste chilly powder and salt to taste.
Fry it for 5 minutes and the boar is ready for service.
